Thames Reach — Website

Through our ongoing relationship with Thames Reach we had been in conversation with them about their website for some time. The old website struggled with a high volume of dense information which led to poor navigation and information hierarchies. The refresh was an opportunity to move the website from information to engagement by creating a simpler, cleaner, responsive interface. Through a series of workshops and discovery sessions, we were able to redefine the user experience and look at design decisions to create simpler layouts, clear content divisions and a better experience for visitors overall.
